OverviewTrueScreen (truescreen.io) è una start-up tecnologica attiva nel settore cybersecurity e digital trust.Con tecnologia proprietaria consente di garantire autenticità, integrità e valore legale a qualsiasi contenuto multimediale (foto, video, audio, etc), prevenendo frodi, manipolazioni delle informazioni e contestazioni dovute alla crescita di deepfake e alterazioni delle informazioni digitali.La Società è in forte espansione nei settori Insurance, Banking, Legal, Real-Estate, Public Administration e Manifatturiero, con customer base attiva in Italia e previsione di espansione internazionale.Come Sales Development Representative, sarai il punto di contatto iniziale con i nostri potenziali clienti.Ti occuperai di identificare, contattare e qualificare le opportunità commerciali, creando un funnel solido per il team sales.Lavorerai in stretta collaborazione con il Sales Director e il team commerciale, supportando l'espansione di TrueScreen nei mercati chiave.Sarai responsabile della prospecting, della gestione dei contatti e della preparazione delle opportunità per il closing.ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Outreach: Identificare e contattare potenziali clienti mediante email, telefono e LinkedIn, seguendo strategie commerciali definite.Qualificazione delle opportunità: Valutare le leads e qualificarle in base ai criteri di sales readiness, assicurando che siano adatte al nostro target.Gestione del follow-up: Mantenere contatti regolari con i prospect, creando relazioni solide e progredendo nel funnel commerciale.Database management: Aggiornare costantemente il CRM (Pipedrive) con informazioni accurate su leads, contatti e interazioni.Supporto al team sales: Preparare briefing e documentazione per facilitare il passaggio alle fasi successive di vendita.Analisi e reporting: Tracciare KPI di prospecting (contatti, conversioni, meeting booked) e fornire report periodici al Sales Director.QualificationsEsperienza: 1-2 anni di esperienza in ruoli di sales, sales development, customer acquisition o business development in contesti B2B (preferibilmente SaaS o tech).Competenze commerciali: Ottime capacità di comunicazione, persuasiOne e gestione del cliente. Familiarità con CRM e strumenti di prospecting (Pipedrive è un plus).Propensione digitale: Comfort nell'utilizzo di email, social selling (LinkedIn) e strumenti di automazione commerciale.Orientamento ai risultati: Motivazione nel raggiungimento di obiettivi, resilienza di fronte alle obiezioni e mentalità proattiva.Conoscenza del mercato IT: Preferibilmente esperienza o conoscenza nel settore SaaS, cybersecurity o software enterprise.Lingue: ottimo Italiano e IngleseRetribuzione: RAL dai 30.000€ ai 37.000€ a cui si aggiungono provvigioni adeguate agli obiettivi raggiuntiSede: Bologna e Milano (ibrido o full remote)Se ti riconosci in questo profilo e vuoi contribuire a costruire la fiducia nel digitale, ti aspettiamo.#J-18808-Ljbffr
