Join the future of entrepreneurship in ItalyLex Do.it is revolutionising how entrepreneurs start and manage a new business.Our mission is to ensure that anyone launching a new venture is never slowed down by legal, fiscal, or accounting hurdles.We are here to make a complex process simple, efficient, and truly innovative.Why Lex Do.it?• We are the leaders in opening a new business online in Italy• 400,000+ satisfied users across Italy• A young, fast-growing company with ambitious goals• Over €4 M raised to date• A 360° service: legal, tax, and accounting support — all online, all streamlinedWe’re hiring a Chief of Staff — Milan (Hybrid) - Finance & Operations FocusReporting to: CEO & FounderScope: You’ll influence ~80 people across the organisationWho we’re looking forWe’re looking for a high-trust operator with strong finance instincts , someone who can turn strategy into execution, build financial-operational rigor, and act as the CEO’s multiplier across planning, cadence, and cross-functional initiatives.Key Responsibilities• Support CEO & Finance team with budgeting, cashflow tracking, scenario modelling.• Run the operating rhythm end-to-end: weekly exec, monthly business reviews, quarterly OKRs, systematic blocker removal.• Lead 2–3 cross-functional “tiger team” projects each quarter (e.g., redesign hiring funnel, cut onboarding time from 10 → 5 days).• Standardise onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, and L& D in partnership with People Ops.• Build unified dashboards and maintain clear, up-to-date process documentation.• Own board-pack narrative, investor communications, and due-diligence data rooms.Required Skills & Experience• 4–8 years in strategy consulting, business operations, investment banking, or product/ops roles in high-growth environments.• Proven track record in running cross-functional projects with measurable impact.• Strong analytical capability: advanced Excel/G-Sheets, basic SQL/BI, fast modelling and slide-building.• Fluency in Italian and English.• High trust, low ego; able to manage confidential information and challenge leaders constructively.Nice-to-have• Experience in legal-tech, fintech, or regulated B2 B services.• Familiarity with service-delivery KPIs and partner workflows.• Knowledge of Notion, Airtable, Looker/Metabase, Asana/Jira, Deel.• Exposure to board or investor reporting.What success looks like• Founders recover 20+ hours/week for vision, product, and fundraising.• Company cadence runs smoothly and predictably: meetings on time, owners assigned, follow-through trackable.• Hiring and onboarding cycle time drops by 30% without increasing headcount.• Revenue and margin forecasting accuracy within ±10% each quarter.Compensation & Growth• Base salary: €65k–€85k depending on experience.• Remote-friendly policy, learning stipend, top-tier Mac Book, optional COO mentorship budget.• Growth path: operational ownership → multi-function leadership → Head of Ops / COO in 2–3 years.Our Values• Flexibility & autonomy: we trust you, what matters is the outcome.• Continuous learning: we invest in your growth and expect you to do the same.• Individual responsibility: your insights and contributions will shape the future of Lex Do.it.How to applySend your CV + a short note explaining which process at Lex Do.it you would streamline first and how you would measure success.
