Creative Studio Manager I Special Projects & CeremoniesJoin to apply for the Creative Studio Manager I Special Projects & Ceremonies role at Balich Wonder StudioPosition: Creative Studio Manager – Special Projects & CeremoniesReports to: Head of ProductionLocation: MilanOverviewWe are looking for a Creative Studio Manager to act as the operational backbone of BWS Creative Studio, overseeing staffing, resource planning and creative workflow across projects. The role works closely with the Head of Production, Chief Creative Officer, and Creative Studio resources.Key ResponsibilitiesTrack all creative resources across projects, assigning appropriate creative team members to projects in collaboration with the Head of Production, Chief Creative Officer, Producers, and Project ManagersMaintain Airtable database of project assignments, ensuring department management always has access to an overview of project assignments at any given timeManage the scheduling and prioritization of projects to ensure timely deliveryTroubleshoot staffing issues as they arise to ensure there is always adequate staff for all project deliveriesCollaborate with various stakeholders and departments to accurately assess project timelines and resource needsAnalyze workload and capacity to allocate resources effectively, minimizing bottlenecks and maximizing productivityMonitor project progress and find/assign additional resources where necessary/requestedCreative ResourcingOwn the maintenance and upkeep of the creative resources database, ensuring it is consistently up to date and every entry has appropriate tags/notesProvide lists of specialized resources for senior management as requested for a variety of projects and needsSupport research of new talents and ongoing talent searches to ensure ample resources are always available to feed a continuously growing project portfolioPre‑screen freelance candidates for a variety of roles to ensure they have the appropriate skillset and are aligned with BWS cultureMiscellaneousCoordinate and support the implementation of AI tools within Creative Studio workflowsLead continuous learning/talent development initiatives for the Creative StudioAid in onboarding of new freelance resourcesAid in efforts to retain existing talent and grow internal skillsetsRequirementsMinimum 5 years experience managing staff and staff workflow for creative/entertainment/theatrical/design projects is required.Desired Skills and ExperienceBased in Milan or willing to move to Milan with openness to odd hours, occasional weekend work and potential for occasional travelProven track record of managing complex projects and resources effectivelyStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to mediate between creative needs and production constraintsStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools and best practicesUnderstanding of creative/entertainment industry and a passion for live entertainment/eventsFluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills; Italian fluency idealStrong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Apple Suite and Google Suite with excellent Airtable and Keynote skillsOrganized, dependable, and capable of managing priorities under pressure.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionManagementEntertainment ProvidersReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Balich Wonder Studio by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
