That’s our promise to such a candidate.A few examples of your responsibilitiesProvide HR and legal support on employee matters, including performance management, investigations, and compensation & benefits.Draft and revise employment agreements, including offer letters, severance agreements, and confidentiality agreements.Oversee onboarding and offboarding, handling contract changes, system updates, and document processing.Administer labor contracts for foreign and freelance employees, and assist with visa documentation.Collaborate on employee welfare and benefits initiatives with the People Operations team.Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.Support internal reorganizations, legal restructurings, financing and investment operations, and acquisitions.What we look forReasoning ability.
