They specialise in high-performance ceramic dental implants and are a leader in biological dentistry solutions, with a presence in 30+ countries worldwide. What the role involves:Develop and implement growth strategies for your territory. Identify and engage key dental and surgical customers. Run presentations, demos, and training sessions on advanced zirconia implant solutions. Organise and support local events, workshops, and roadshows. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships. Support product development by providing market insights. Represent the company at industry events and conferences. Keep CRM systems up to date and track all customer interactions.What they’re looking for:Degree in dental, medical, dental tech or commercial/business field. Proven track record in dental or implantology sales. Experience developing new markets from scratch. Strong communication and customer-focused mindset. Structured, detail-oriented and highly proactive. Willingness to travel extensively and occasional weekend work. Fluent in Italian + English; other languages are a bonus.
