Pluxee helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent thanks to a broad range of solutions across Meal & Food, Wellbeing, Lifestyle, Reward & Recognition, and Public Benefits.Powered by leading technology and more than 5,000 engaged team members, Pluxee acts as a trusted partner within a highly interconnected B2B2C ecosystem made up of more than 500,000 clients, 36 million consumers and 1.7 million merchants.Conducting its business as a trusted partner for more than 45 years, Pluxee is committed to creating a positive impact on all its stakeholders, from driving business to local communities, to supporting wellbeing at work for employees while protecting the planet.Role Purpose: Supports Pluxee success on the market through product innovation and stability, strengthening our positioning on all 3 stakeholders: users, clients and merchants.Business Responsibilities: Leading the product strategy in collaboration with the other teams, with an agile approach: from scoping new functionalities to defining requirements, liaising with all involved teams for development and go to market, measuring results both in terms of marketing KPIs and overall business results.What you’ll be doingRevises and defines core-product elements (target, value proposition, specs and requirements) for existing and new offerings.Defines the product roadmap, managing closely existing development partners.Drives product development and in‑life product management process.Leads business case definition, business requirements, product specifications, prioritization, feature sign‑off and release criteria.Assesses risks and opportunities continuously, making course corrections during the product development process.Identifies emerging competitive trends in the product area and finds ways to adapt current products or develop new products.Provides guidance on all key elements of the product marketing mix.Certification Requirements Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field.Work Experience Requirements 5 years of experience in product‑centric environments (strongly KPI‑driven).
