The firm provides comprehensive investment advisory services to families seeking to preserve and grow their capital across generations.Job Description§ Portfolio construction: strategic asset allocation, tactical and portfolio construction, to allow senior management to issue appropriate recommendation to clients on how to manage their family wealth.§ Investment Sourcing: actively lead the identification of new investment opportunities by overseeing and conducting extensive market research to identify new investment trends, and top tier portfolio managers across all asset classes and by building relationships with counter-parties.§ Investment Evaluation: conduct extensive due diligence on selected investment strategies, portfolio managers, GPs and single investment ideas. Develop and supervise creation of financial models, valuation analysis, investment memos, board materials and other presentations. Make recommendations to Senior management on potential investment ideas to be submitted to clients.§ Investment Monitoring: monitor existing portfolios, both in terms of asset allocation, strategic and tactical, and in terms of single investments risk/return performance. Provide regular updates to senior management. Coordinate and assist the junior team in the preparation of financial reports, investment performance reports, and portfolio analysis.§ Preparation to Investment Execution: including negotiations and definition of financial deal terms and structure; coordinate internal and external parties and ensure tracking against time-lines.§ Networking: develop and manage long-term relationships with new and existing businesses across the market eco-system to expand corporates' network and presence; serve as an ambassador in the market on behalf of the company.§ Leadership and Team Building: act as a mentor to junior team members; promote a positive work team environment and inspire a culture of excellence and community; manage various relationships with professional services providers and other external parties.The Successful Applicant§ Bachelors and Master's degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, from a top-tier university, with strong academic credentials.§ At least 10 years of full-time work experience within the fields of Asset Management/ Family Offices / Asset supervision.§ Highly analytical skill set with impeccable quantitative and research skills, especially regarding business/market trends and financial metrics; advanced financial modelling skills, including business planning and forecasting, scenario analysis, valuation, and analysis of economic deal terms and returns.§ Advanced knowledge and experience with deal structures and deal negotiations; extensive live deal experience with hands-on exposure to deal management.§ Strong business and strategic acumen, with ability to formulate, communicate, and inspire broader vision with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.§ Ambitious, enthusiastic, proactive self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment as part of lean teams or in self-directed settings.§ Exceptional interpersonal, networking and communication skills; able to lead development and delivery of compelling presentations, clearly and concisely share objectives, ideas, and rationale, and make recommendations to partners and company founders to achieve desired outcomes across a range of audiences and levels.§ Track record as a supervisor, having directly managed individuals or diverse teams in a formal capacity.§ Constantly monitors and formulates positions on global current events, critical social/political/economic issues, as well as market/consumer trends.§ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) or equivalent applications; experience using work-flow management applications.§ Native Italian and fluent in English.What's on Offergreat career progression in a dynamic environmentIf you are ready to take the next step in your career as a Vice President in the Financial Services industry, we encourage you to apply today.Unless you are applying for positions reserved for protected categories under Law 68/99 (in which case we only ask you to confirm that you belong to these categories, without any further information on your health or disability), your CV must not contain any information relating to your health status or to your belonging to a protected category, as this is not relevant to the assessment of your application.#J-18808-Ljbffr
