Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent rapport with all customers, salesmen, distributors, and others within the area. Maintain continuous communications with Call Controland the department Manager/Supervisor.What kind of work will you be doing?Maintenance and commissioning of UPS systems and battery systems at the customer's siteTesting of system parameters and processes, mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and repair of malfunctionsDocumentation and realization of the assignments on time and on targetUsage of all necessary tools within the VERTIV policiesEmergency Standby within the regionWhat will make you successful?Technical Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalentExperience of working in a technical service or test environment of AC Power equipment essentialComputer Literate (All office associated programs such as, word, excel, outlook)Previous field service experience essentialExcellent customer service skillsStrong communication skillsSelf starter, ability to plan , organise and manage time effectively with an ability to work under pressureClean Valid driving licenceIfYOUare the person we are looking for, feel free to apply and let's start drafting your future career in a healthy and growing environmentThe successful candidate will embrace Vertiv’s Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
