Darktrace is a global AI‑powered cybersecurity leader protecting around 10,000 organizations worldwide.The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) is a key member of the Customer Experience (CX) team, responsible for helping existing Darktrace customers adopt and get maximum value from the platform and services.ResponsibilitiesAct as a Darktrace and security expert, consulting customers on cybersecurity solutions.Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the Darktrace platform, ensuring self‑sufficiency across all coverage areas.Conduct deployment discovery and architecture design reviews to maximize value across Network, Email, and Cloud deployments.Maintain relevant Darktrace certifications and stay current with industry knowledge.Use consultative guidance to shape customer priorities and align technical solutions.Discover and document customer needs, map solutions, and drive adoption.Own KPIs and renewal metrics to improve deployment and value delivery.Collaborate across teams—Customer Success Managers, Renewals, Analysts, Operations, and Sales—to meet customer goals.Communicate effectively with all personas, from IT admins to C‑suite executives.Document and update internal systems, maintaining organized records.Provide mentorship to junior CSE team members.QualificationsRelevant experience in Customer Success Engineering, Technical
