With decades of expertise in rotary screw, reciprocating, dryers, filtration and ancillary equipment, it delivers reliable, energy-efficient systems that empower customers to optimize operations, reduce costs, and drive sustainable performance. Mission Lead the Industrial Air business line with full accountability for strategy, performance, and growth. You will define the roadmap, optimize resources, and ensure financial excellence while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your leadership will directly influence market share, customer satisfaction, and long-term success. Key ResponsibilitiesShape Strategy & Drive GrowthDevelop and execute bold business plans aligned with corporate objectives. Identify market opportunities, lead expansion initiatives, and ensure sustainable profitability. Own Financial PerformanceMonitor budgets, control costs, and maximize margins. Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and deliver consistent financial results. Innovate & Elevate Customer ExperienceContinuously enhance customer journey through market intelligence and digital solutions, ensuring we stay ahead of customer expectations. Build Strategic PartnershipsCultivate strong relationships with distributors, key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, manage key accounts, and secure long-term loyalty.
