Supervisor Operations (m/f/d) - Ruby Giulia Hotel & Bar At Ruby Giulia Hotel & Bar, we are looking for a supervisor to lead the operations team, ensuring service quality across front office, bar, and hospitality services. Responsibilities Actively work in the service as shift supervisor, ensuring smooth operation behind the bar, in service or at the front office. Guarantee that all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met. Take charge of training, coaching, and onboarding new team members. Handle communication and ensure smooth information flow within the team. Take guest feedback seriously and ensure quick and efficient resolution. Share insider tips for the best hotspots in the city with guests. Requirements Experience in a similar position, preferably in trendy hospitality or lifestyle hotel industry. Flexible, ready to work in shifts. Reliable, multitask, and a willingness to learn. Confident, joyful, humorous personality. Experience working with international, demanding guests.
