As Area Revenue Executive for Area South Italy, you are eager to maximize revenue and profits for our fantastic Starhotels properties within the area.

Your responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Area Revenue Manager to set Daily/Weekly/Monthly goals and establish strategies and specific actions for achieving them (pricing, restrictions, overbooking, cancellation policies, promotions);
• Implement daily reports, pricing and specific analysis with the aim to maximize revenue strategies;
• Constantly analyse competitors' activities by monitoring the price point and individual sales strategies;
• Ensure that the Starhotels, GDS, RCS, OTA's distribution-site channels – are effectively integrated within the strategy of each hotel and the Starhotels’ Corporate revenue strategy;
• Check rate integrity across segments and distribution channels is maintained;
• Develop and manage internal key stakeholder relationships in a proactive manner;
• Collaborate with all other departments to increase revenue performance and contribute in increasing revenue culture.

Exceed expectations revealing:

• A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
• Working experience in Revenue in the hospitality industry is required.
• Knowledge of the Rome and Naples markets is considered a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strongly analytical and strategic approach and demonstrable analytics tools knowledge.
• Maestry of Opera, Ideas, Synxis and Travelclick is a plus.
• There are no problems for you, only solutions.

Our compensation policies are based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism Industry , which provides for 14 salary payments per year .

The total compensation package consists of the contractual base salary and provincial allowance established by the relevant salary scales, together with ad additional individual elements, to be defined during the recruitment process. These elements are designed to recognize the candidate’s professional profile, acquired skills, level of autonomy, and the responsibilities associated with the role.

For this position, we offer:

• Classification : C2, or C1 level under the CCNL Tourism Industry Agreement, determined according to the candidate’s experience, skills, and degree of autonomy required by the role.
• Compensation: Base salary aligned with the CCNL Tourism Industry salary scales for the applicable level (ranging from €26.000 to €29.000 gross per year), plus the following additional components:
• Meal Benefits: €8 meal vouchers for each day worked, or access to the staff canteen, depending on the working property.
• Benefits:
