What you will do : Support commercial back-office operations from contracting to billing and debt management; Contact clients to clarify doubts negotiate agreements and collect debt; Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations; Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to protocols across key areas; Assist the manager in developing planning and coordinating operational activities; Ensure that operations follow local and national regulations. Monitor day-to-day operations report on performance and recommend actionable improvements when necessary; Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists); Communicate and coordinate with clients team (including executive operations team) and other stakeholders. Employment type : Full-Time Work site : Hybrid Model What are we looking for : Bachelor's degree in Business & Management or related fields More than 2 years of experience in an operational back-office or customer care roles Energy sector knowledge is a plus Proven organizational skills including time management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platforms Fluent English More than academic knowledge and technical skills we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.
