Established in 2016, The Attico is rooted in the complementary personalities of its creative directors and an idea of multiplicity as feminine strength.RETAIL MANAGERHaving opened its first retail store in 2025 in Ibiza, the Attico is looking for an enthusiastic retail manager to drive growth of our retail channel. The role is based in Milan and requires a proven experience in designer/luxury retail management, with an omnichannel perspective, and experience in opening new retail points of sales.Reporting to the commercial director, you will be well connected, detail oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a strategic mindset. You will have a strong understanding of retail operations and retail merchandising of international markets and key players worldwide and you will have the ability to communicate collections with energy and professionalism.Ideally starting early 2026.Requirements3 to 5 years of retail management experience, in the fashion / luxury industryStrong reporting & analytical skillsAttention to details and able to multitaskAbility to work in autonomyProblem solving, use of own initiative and driveTeam playerFluent English is a must, second language preferredJob descriptionThe retail manager oversees the retail network, setting strategic and financial goals, ensuring sales performance aligns with brand objectives, while implementing and coordinating regional store teams to drive consistent execution and growth.Retail developmentGlobal retail strategy development and implementationLocation scouting & lease negotiationP&L and business plan for new openingsNew openings roadmapCoordination / project management, with architecture / store plannerIn store retail team scouting and recruitment processRetail operationsStock control and optimisationIn store operational process optimization initiativesOmnichannel operations coordination and alignmentReturns process management and improvementRetail IT system optimizationBranded material purchasing and logistics (including uniforms)Store maintenance and vendor relationship managementManagement of store retail teams, including tracking of rotasRetail merchandisingSeasonal buying and assortment strategyProduct performance analysisSeasonal markdown planningProduct presentation coordination and alignmentInventory & stock rotation monitoringImplementations of VM guidelines#J-18808-Ljbffr
