Main Opportunities & ChallengesOpportunity to work in a young, dynamic and professional environment. Great possibilities to deal with all the advanced processes of Supply Chain Key ResponsibilitiesHandles troubleshooting and releases production schedules to the shop floor to manage and facilitate the daily and/or weekly planning handshake meetings with Production/Operations Management for assigned production area. Shop floor work order management Deviation tracking where applicable Line stoppage risk and shortage escalations Competencies and BehaviorsEducation:University master degree - Industrial Engineer/Economics (Preferred)Professional backgroundPreferably acquired 1+ years of experience in complex manufacturing Hard skillsEssential: Knowledge to perform Capacity Requirements Planning, including the setup and maintenance of work centers and on-going analysis of outputs Knowledge to manage daily production plans in order to Contribute to increase customer On Time Delivery Microsoft Office package Considered as a plus:• Power BI Tool/reports• Good level of written and spoken English Soft skills• Team Work• Skills include attention to detail, commitment to excellence, strong ERP depth of knowledge Allison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
