L'hotel Double Tree by Hilton Roma Monti, importante struttura facente parte del gruppo HNH Hospitality, ricerca un* Reservation Agent. Di cosa ti occuperai: Gestione delle richieste di prenotazione (telefoniche, via email e tramite i portali online). Assistenza personalizzata agli ospiti, rispetto le loro prenotazioni, per garantire un’esperienza eccellente. Collaborazione con gli altri reparti per ottimizzare la disponibilità e soddisfare le richieste dei clienti. Supporto nella pianificazione del soggiorno degli ospiti. Chi stiamo cercando:Un profilo con esperienza pregressa in ambito alberghiero o customer service, che abbia familiarità con sistemi di prenotazione e gestione alberghiera. Fondamentale un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente di una seconda lingua.
