DescrizioneIl/la candidato/a avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Accoglienza ospiti all'arrivo e assistenza durante tutta la permanenza Coordinamento con fornitori locali (trasferimenti, guide, hotel, ristoranti) Controllo qualità delle esperienze erogate Gestione di eventuali imprevisti o complaint in modo proattivo Supporto nella personalizzazione dell'esperienza secondo le preferenze del cliente Monitoraggio della soddisfazione del cliente e raccolta feedback Reportistica giornaliera sulle attività svolte Profilo del CandidatoIl/la candidato/a ha le seguenti caratteristiche: Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di front office, hospitality o customer care nel settore del turismo Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese (altre lingue costituiscono un plus) Eccellenti capacità relazionali e di problem-solving Flessibilità, autonomia e attitudine al lavoro in movimento Conoscenza approfondita del territorio Creatività, spirito innovativo e capacità di pensare strategicamente Offerta di lavoroOttima opportunità di carriera.
