Our business model combines the best of consulting, technology, direct sales, and brand distribution.Are you passionate about identifying opportunities, generating leads, and achieving high-impact results every month?We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) with experience and strong abilities to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and close a high volume of opportunities each month. You will be responsible for presenting our services to the market, generating high-quality opportunities, and scheduling meetings.You will join a multidisciplinary team made up of marketing, product, and technology experts. You will work in an agile, sprint-based environment, within a team that values autonomy, proactivity, and innovation. Your role will be key to driving growth and positioning our solution as a market leader.What You Will DoSearch for, identify, and contact new clients through various channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.)Manage your own portfolio of prospects for the Italian market.Understand client needs and buying cycles, gathering key information from prospects and generating interest.Close a high volume of opportunities.Record all interactions in our CRM.Become an expert in the services we offer, understanding the value proposition, solutions, and market positioning.Support the definition and implementation of go-to-market strategies for our partners.Draw insights from data based on the results obtained.Who We Are Looking ForAt least 1 year of experience as an SDR or BDR.Experience selling services (preferred) or SaaS.Experience in outbound prospecting and generating a high volume of qualified meetings.Strong relationship-building ability, with high emotional intelligence.Proactive, ambitious, and persistent attitude.Strong organizational, planning, analytical, strategic, and results-oriented skills.Experience working with CRMs.Native or very high level of Italian –your work will be carried out in Italian.What We OfferFixed salary + performance-based variable bonus.Permanent contract.Reduced summer working hours (August).Growth and training opportunities.Excellent work environment with flexible policies.Our Selection ProcessApplication with CV.Answers to initial screening questions.Interview #1 via Teams with the People team.Interview #2 via Teams with the Managing Partner.#J-18808-Ljbffr
