Il RuoloNel ruolo di  Commis de rang parteciperai alle operazioni quotidiane della divisione Food & Beverage, contribuendo a rendere indimenticabile e personalizzato il soggiorno dei nostri Ospiti. Il/la candidato/a ideale ha una buona predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e conosce e applica con cura gli standard di servizio, creando interazioni personalizzate e di valore con ospiti e colleghi.ResponsabilitàComprendere e seguire le checklists consegnate relative all’apertura e chiusura del proprio outletAssicurare che le aree di servizio, back e front of house siano pulite e ordinate in ogni momentoPreparare le aree F&B assicurandosi di avere tutto il necessario per lo svolgimento del servizio e che i livelli di giacenza siano in linea con i bisogni di dipartimentoAssicurare che la comunicazione tra ristorante e cucina durante il servizio sia chiara ed efficaceConoscere e applicare tutti gli standards LQA e ForbesStimolare un clima nel team che permetta a tutti di lavorare al meglio delle proprie capacità, mantenendo alto il morale e garantendo una comunicazione positivaEssere un brand ambassador in qualsiasi occasione e assicurare che la mission, la vision e tutti i valori aziendali siano sempre rispettatiRequisiti RichiestiMinimo 6 mesi di esperienza nel ruolo di Commis de rangOrientamento strategico all'eccellenza e ai risultati, ottime capacità organizzativeOttima conoscenza parlata e scritta dell'italiano, preferibile una discreta conoscenza dell'ingleseBenefitIniziative di wellbeing ed eventi che favoriscono collaborazione, inclusione e valorizzazione delle diversitàAttività legate al tema della sostenibilità e della responsabilità socialeScontistiche presso il Gift Shop e gli outlet F&B dei nostri HotelsAttività di formazione, sviluppo e riconoscimentoServizio di mensa a cura del team di Villa La Massa
