Candidates in the clients database in the last 3 months are considered duplicates. Job Description:Join our customer service team providing top-tier support via email and chat. Youll be responsible for assisting customers in German and English, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities:Respond promptly to customer inquiries mainly through email and chat. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. Requirements:Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in email and chat customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
