We are a technology‑driven company that values autonomy and ownership.About the Role You will be based in Parma/Reggio Emilia as a founding member of a growing, well‑funded company. Your focus will be on developing new relationships with Italy’s premium restaurants and partnering with new stores. You will report to the Sales Lead.What You’ll Be DoingMap, prospect, pitch and close new restaurants across your region in an organized fashion.Support partners in joining Deliveroo, providing the best experience to them.Communicate with restaurants (physical visits, email, calls, or social media) to demonstrate Deliveroo technology.Help restaurant owners/managers overcome any barriers or hesitations.Attend restaurant and food meet‑ups.RequirementsComfortable with targeting new business and have sales experience.Confidence or experience dealing with partners/customers face‑to‑face, by phone, or via email.Experience demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients.Comfortable with negotiations.Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant plus.Tenacious work ethic.Workplace & Benefits Deliveroo offers benefits in areas including healthcare, well‑being, parental leave, pensions, generous annual leave, and charitable giving opportunities.Diversity, Equity & Inclusion We believe a great workplace is diverse.
