Who We're Looking ForCustomer Care experience – previous experience in structured customer care, demonstrating a foundational understanding of user management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – with a collaborative team spirit and the ability to build positive relationships with customers. Strong time‑management and problem‑solving abilities – to efficiently handle customer inquiries and find effective solutions. Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English – essential for effectively communicating with our diverse customer base.Contract and CompensationFixed‑term contract of 6 months.
