Data pubblicazione: 9 dic 2025 Città: Paese/Regione: IT Tipo di contratto: Permanent Richiesta lavoro ID: 10542Administrative Activities & Budget Control Specialist Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa che, inserita nella Direzione Affari Farmaceutici a diretto riporto del Direttore, supporta la Direzione nella gestione del budget, dei processi amministrativi e delle attività di compliance, oltre al presidio dei processi di accreditamento degli Informatori Scientifici del Farmaco.Responsabilità principaliGestione e monitoraggio del budget della DirezioneGestione fornitori, contratti e ciclo passivoSupporto alle attività di compliance (Transparency, Due Diligence, Art. 53)Inserimento dei trasferimenti di valore nel portale EFPIASupporto ad eventi istituzionali, consulenze ed erogazioni liberaliMonitoraggio normative regionali e accreditamento degli ISFInvio e validazione dati verso Regioni e AIFAPresidio processi soggetti ad auditRequisitiLaurea triennale o specialistica in materie economiche/finanziarieEsperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni maturata in realtà strutturate preferibilmente del settore farmaceuticoConoscenza buona della lingua ingleseEsperienza amministrativa e budgetingConoscenza compliance farmaceutica (EFPIA, Transparency)Familiarità con accreditamento ISFPrecisione, organizzazione, autonomiaOttime capacità comunicative e di lavoro in teamL’azienda offreContratto a tempo indeterminatoModalità di lavoro ibrida (2gg di smart working)Opportunità di crescita e sviluppo professionaleQualunque sia la tua area di competenza, il tuo lavoro all'interno del gruppo Servier contribuisce al progresso terapeutico a servizio dei bisogni dei pazienti.
