Sea Signora apre a Milano – Cerchiamo Sommelier con passione e talentoUnisciti a un progetto di eccellenza nel cuore di Brera.Dopo il successo a San Pietroburgo, il ristorante Sea Signora approda finalmente a Milano, portando con sé il suo stile inconfondibile: una cucina di mare raffinata, ispirata alla tradizione mediterranea e reinterpretata in chiave contemporanea.Parte del prestigioso Fresa's Group, guidato dallo Chef Antonio Fresa, stiamo formando un team di sala all'altezza dell'esperienza che vogliamo offrire: autentica, elegante, curata in ogni dettaglio.Come Candidarsi:Se sei interessato/a a questa posizione, manda una mail a con il tuo CV ed una breve lettera motivazionale, indicando come oggetto della mail "Application per Sommelier - Sea Signora".Le candidature semplici non verranno prese in considerazione.Chi cerchiamoStiamo selezionando Sommelier motivati, dinamici e desiderosi di crescere professionalmente in un contesto internazionale, stimolante e strutturato.Il profilo ideale ha:Almeno 2 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in ristoranti gourmet o fine diningCura per i dettagli, educazione, presenza e attitudine positiva verso l'ospiteAppassionato e professionale, con esperienza e voglia di crescere nel mondo del vino.Requisiti:- Almeno 2 anni di esperienza come sommelier- Conoscenza approfondita dei territori vinicoli classici di Francia e Italia- Familiarità con produttori contemporanei e stili moderni- Capacità di vendita e comunicazione efficace con il cliente- Attitudine alla formazione del team- Precisione, responsabilità, attitudine collaborativa- Forte motivazione alla crescita professionaleResponsabilità:- Consulenza e servizio al cliente- Gestione della cantina e aggiornamento dello stop-list- Briefing quotidiani con il team di sala- Partecipazione a degustazioni e aggiornamento carta vini- Gestione attrezzature tecniche (incluso Coravin)- Ricevimento merce, controllo scorte e inventario- Collaborazione diretta con il brand sommelierOffriamo:- Progetto solido e riconosciuto a Milano- Team professionale, clima sereno- Spazio per esprimersi, imparare e crescere- Stipendio competitivo + KPI + mance- Piano Welfare e assicurazione sanitaria- Retribuzione: €1.950,00 al meseSe ami il vino, ti piace parlare con le persone e vuoi crescere in un progetto gastronomico ambizioso — questo annuncio è per te.
