Relationship Manager – French Market The candidate will be part of the team dedicated to developing the Bank’s business in the French market and will carry out all necessary activities within the commercial plan, in line with top management guidance and the Group’s expansion strategy. Responsibilities The candidate, joining a highly dynamic international environment, will play a key role in the development of the business—mainly in the French market—with the following responsibilities: Support management in defining the Bank’s budget for the French market. Manage relationships with existing clients to maintain and grow the business in line with strategic objectives. Develop business opportunities with French and multinational companies operating with public administration entities or the national healthcare system in the French market. Facilitate collaboration with headquarters staff in defining commercial offerings and auxiliary/after‑sales services related to factoring transactions. Maintain the commercial pipeline and the Bank’s CRM tools updated. Prepare periodic reports to brief senior management on market opportunities and business development activities. Technical Skills Ability to use all commercial tools available (including digital/social tools) Excellent command of MS Office applications (Power Point, Excel, Word, Project) Degree in Economics Qualifications At least five years of experience in commercial roles within international banks and/or financial companies (leasing/factoring) and/or in leading companies in the pharmaceutical or utilities sectors within the finance department Specific knowledge of or strong interest in the French market, with a particular focus on the national healthcare system, public administration, and their suppliers Ease and experience in interacting with senior executives of primary local or multinational companies Language Skills Full professional proficiency in English (C1) and French (written and spoken) at C2 level or equivalent Soft Skills Results orientation, client orientation, execution mindset, analytical and dynamic approach, strong teamwork attitude Additional Information The primary location for the first months will be Milan, depending on the starting date. Availability to travel frequently between Milan and major French cities (up to 50%). The final workplace will be Paris after the integration period in Milan. Experience in the factoring sector or in the pharmaceutical or utilities sectors will be considered an asset. Knowledge of the local legal framework related to factoring is highly appreciated.
