We’re looking for a hands‑on, data‑driven CRM Manager to help us scale our outreach engine and bring the world’s best app developers into conversations with our acquisition team. Follow your passion and have fun while doing work that actually matters.What you’ll be doing Outreach & Funnel ManagementBuild and manage a consistent pipeline of mobile app developers through structured outbound outreach. Design, test, and iterate multichannel campaigns (email, Linked In messages, and other direct channels). Write clear, natural, native-level English messages that drive engagement and trust. Track, measure, and improve conversion rates across each funnel stage. Ensure CRM accuracy and visibility by maintaining all leads and notes in Pipedrive.Optimization & AnalysisContinuously analyze outreach performance and implement improvements. Identify bottlenecks, test new approaches, and scale what works. Deliver weekly reports on funnel status, metrics, and key insights.CollaborationWork closely with the Acquisition Team to align on lead quality and handover. Collaborate with the Marketing Team to refine targeting and messaging. Share learnings and insights to improve the sourcing engine as a whole.What you’ll need to succeedNative-level English, especially written. 3+ years of experience in lead generation, deal sourcing, or outbound sales—ideally targeting mobile app developers and digital product founders. Proven ability to write engaging, conversion-driven outreach messages. Experience managing pipelines and reporting in Pipedrive. Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented. Hands‑on, analytical, and eager to learn and improve. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. ⭐️ Bonus points for: Experience engaging app developers or founders; familiarity with the mobile app or Saa S ecosystem.What success will look likeA consistent flow of qualified developer leads entering intro calls. Measurable improvements in response and conversion rates. Clear, accurate Pipedrive pipeline with actionable insights. Strong alignment and communication across the sourcing and acquisition team.
