Sales Director – Diagnostica di laboratorio Con una solida esperienza sul mercato, il nostro cliente e’ diventato grazie alla collaborazione esclusiva con i principali player nazionali e internazionali, il punto di riferimento per laboratori analisi, cliniche e case di cura presenti nel territorio italiano nel settore della diagnostica di laboratorio. Responsabilità: Guidare il team vendite verso il raggiungimento di obiettivi ambiziosi, stimolando la crescita del fatturato e l’espansione della quota di mercato. Sviluppare ed eseguire piani strategici per penetrare ed espandersi nel settore pubblico, mantenendo e potenziando la presenza nel settore privato. Supervisionare risorse, composto sia da dipendenti che da agenti, garantendo l’allineamento con gli obiettivi e i valori aziendali. Coltivare e sfruttare le reti esistenti nell’industria della diagnostica per facilitare lo sviluppo del business e le opportunità di partnership. Collaborare strettamente con il GM e il CEO per allineare le strategie di vendita agli obiettivi complessivi dell’azienda. Fornire regolari aggiornamenti sulle performance e le tendenze di mercato alla dirigenza aziendale. Requisiti: Comprovata esperienza nelle vendite nell’industria della diagnostica di laboratorio, con un forte emphasis sulle gare d’appalto e sugli appalti pubblici. Abilità dimostrate nel guidare e motivare i team vendite, promuovendo una cultura di eccellenza e risultati. Vasta esperienza nella gestione sia di dipendenti diretti che di reti di agenti, preferibilmente all’interno di una regione geografica simile. Pensiero strategico con la capacità di identificare e sfruttare le tendenze e le opportunità di mercato emergenti. Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e negoziazione, essenziali per la costruzione e il mantenimento di relazioni con gli stakeholders chiave. Background in Biologia/biotecnologie.
