**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Design innovative solutions by analyzing and mapping business requirements, processes, and objectives**

**- Ensure challenges and priorities are accurately captured and managed through proper versioning - Produce high-quality, clear, and consistent outputs throughout all project phases**

**- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and assess improvements**

**- Identify beneficial system elements for site-level business operations**

**- Assess and manage risks, escalating when appropriate**

**- Employ and adapt established templates and approaches to ensure process compliance**

**- Support teams in adopting quality and compliance standards, best practices, policies, and procedures**

**- Conduct project assurance activities**

**- Utilize data-driven evaluations to make informed decisions, even with incomplete information**

**Your Profile**:
**Qualifications**:
**- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific field**

**- 7+ years of experience in challenging manufacturing projects within the pharmaceutical/medical device sector, primarily in multinational companies**

**- Experience in formulation processes is a plus**

**- Proven track record in managing complex, international projects**

**- Strong aptitude for interacting with global clients and diverse cultures**

**- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills**

**- Ability to establish effective communication with client stakeholders and project members across multiple countries**

**- Fluency in English is essential**
