Internal Communication Expert

The **Internal Communication Expert** carries on duties and projects in the Internal Communication domain for the Manufacturing Site and supports the Employer Branding strategy for the country. Writes, edits and prepares materials for dissemination through internal channels and contributes to the creation of communications plans and deliverables throughout external platforms.

Essential duties required to carry out this job:

- Support the deployment of the **Site local communication strategy**, through storytelling design, leveraging multiple channels and coordinating external partners, when needed.
- Play an active role in the development of **internal marketing campaigns** on the broader Company’s mission and values and is fully accountable for their deployment
- Contribute to frame any relevant **Site Engagement initiatives** in coherence with the Site's local communication strategy
- In close partnership with the Organization and People Analytics professional **analyze Company surveys results** and create communication materials and content to facilitate Site action planning
- Analyze in a recurrent mode quantitative and qualitative data related to communications traffic and feedback
- Act as advisor with company senior leaders on their communication behaviors to ensure their right positioning among the internal population and external audiences.
- Act as **ambassador of DE&I** Global and Country specific initiatives and work closely with the Italian DE&I Core Team to integrate them into the Site Agenda

**Basic Requirements**:

- Education Level: University Master's Degree (Communication, Marketing or Human Resources as preferred)
- Experience: 5+ experience working as a communication expert (or similar roles) in global companies. An experience in a manufacturing environment and/or in the pharmaceutical industry might represent a plus.
- Languages: proficient in English and Italian (C1 level)
- Excellent creative writing, both in Italian and English
- High proficiency in PowerPoint presentation or other graphic tools (video editing as a preference)
- Public speaking confidence (both in Italian and in English)
