Selezioniamo Internal Key Account che sarà responsabile di un territorio/portfolio di clienti che gestirà da remoto telefonicamente, sui quali deve garantire il presidio in termini di gestione e sviluppo dei volumi, in collaborazione con i referenti commerciali sul territorio (Field Sales)
La risorsa sarà responsabile nello specifico di garantire raggiungimento degli obiettivi di fatturato assegnati, posizionando correttamente la Value Proposition e politica commerciale dell'azienda
E' un individual contributor, inserito all'interno di un team caratterizzato da forte collaborazione e da processi interconnessi (Field/Corporate sales/ team di supporto Tecnico/customer, etc ).
Sono richieste spiccate capacità comunicative e di influencing, così come un'attitudine alla collaborazione e lavoro di team.
Il profilo ricercato in particolare, si occuperà di:
Qualificare il proprio portfolio clienti, analizzando i dati «interni» ed «esterni» della società
Approfondire la conoscenza dei propri clienti e i loro processi interni
Identificare il potenziale reale e giustificato sui clienti gestiti a supporto degli altri dipartimenti Sales (Field Sales, Corporate Sales) e di Supporto e Servizi
Ampliare e garantire la qualificazione dei contatti e il relativo aggiornamento periodico
Condividere e gestire i piani d'azioni di vendita in collaborazione con i team di vendita Field Sales, Corporate Sales.
Gestire e supportare il team Vendite nella gestione di quotazioni e opportunità
Identificare tutte le opportunità di business aggiuntive in modo opportuno
Identificare offerte, proposte e prezzi dei nostri concorrenti
Posizionamento e argomentazione della nostra offerta (incluso i servizi a valore aggiunto
- VAS) al Cliente attraverso la pianificazione di “visite telefoniche” e follow up.
Elaborazione minute di visita e gestione della reportistica di riferimento (ad esempio, SAP CRM).
Il ruolo si interfaccia con tutta l'organizzazione commerciale di riferimento, il dipartimento VAS e il Customer Service, Corporate Sales, Field Sales, Customer Service, Supporto tecnico
E' preferibile:
Diploma o laurea di 1° livello preferibilmente ad indirizzo tecnico
breve esperinza in contesti preferibilmente B2B
Ottime capacità di comunicazione
Spiccata predisposizione relazionale e di lavoro in team
Ottime capacità di gestione di un network interno ed esterno
Buone capacità di analisi e problem solving
Conoscenza tecniche di Negoziazione e Vendita
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Autonomia e intraprendenza
Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
Conoscenza strumenti di CRM
