Overview:
We are looking for a bright, dedicated F&B Host/Hostess to support the Restaurant team during the brakfast and lunch service, satisfying all guest needs and exceeding their expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the first point of contact when guests enter the dining area
- Welcome guest according to the resort standards and escorts them to their table.
- Assist the F&B leadership team on ensuring the overall experience expectations of the guest are met
- Assisting in the setup and breakdown of special events and functions
- Completing opening & closing responsibilities
- Satisfy guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility of guest needs.
- Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform

Qualifications:

- Good communication skills
- Good knowledge of both verbal and written English
- Excellent presentation and grooming standard
