**Posizione**:
Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Customer Relationship Assistant.

**What will be your key responsibilities?**
- Work closely with the US Team providing support with the B2B clients' requests
- Work closely with the B2B Presale Team in Milan with customers' assistance
- Interact with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customersWork closely with other departments (Logistics, Order Management and Tech) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience

**Requisiti**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Degree in languages or humanistic disciplines
- Italian native, professional proficiency in English
- Passion for Sales & Design
- Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
- Able to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills
- Attention to details, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitudePrevious working experience is considered a plus
