**Service Back Office Assistant (Intern)**:

To support its strong and rapid growth, Nordex Italy is looking for a Service Back Office Assistant for a 6-month internship for the Roma Head Quarter.

The Service Back Office Assistant will support the Service Back Department in all ordinary activities of the department.

**YOUR TASK**
- Purchase management by issuing requisition notes and follow up for purchase orders processing
- Management and archiving of paper documents (ex. contracts with customers)
- Database and digital documentation update
- Orders to suppliers for the clothing and DPI for the technical personnel
- Administrative support in the company fleet management
- Data entry in company software
- Travel arrangement for Back Office staff and Local Operation Managers
- Various admin activity to support Service Dept

**YOUR PROFILE**
- High School Diploma
- Good English skills (at least Level B2)
- Good Computer skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
- SAP knowledge is appreciated
- Teamworking
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Proactive attitude
