**Attività principali**:

- Assistenza al cliente per la scelta del prodotto VELUX più adatto alle sue esigenze e nel post-vendita, tramite diversi canali: telefono, mail, chat, social network;
- Ricerca di opportunità di vendita “inespressa”;
- Attività di back office (creazione offerte, gestione reclami..);
- Data entry: inserimento e controllo dati legati a ordini e resi.
- Precedente esperienza in ambito impiegatizio/ Customer Care
- Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e dimestichezza con vari tool digitali e CRM
- Diploma di scuola media superiore/Laurea triennale
- Precisione e accuratezza
