La figura entrerà a far parte dell’Ufficio Tecnico per gestire principalmente le seguenti attività:

- Revisione técnica listino e cataloghi;
- Supporto progettuale ai Canali distributivi (Funzionari Vendita, Architetti, Customer Care);
- Gestione phase in e phase out di prodotto;
- Gestione delle attività legate alla politica espositiva dell’azienda e delle attività in collaborazione con i rivenditori sul territorio;
- Coordinamento delle comunicazioni rivolte alla distribuzione, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i contenuti tecnici;
- Analisi della concorrenza (confronto tecnico di prodotto), in collaborazione con i Product Manager e la sede centrale;
- Identificazione proattiva di strumenti e processi volti a migliorare l’efficienza e la produttività di reparto;
- Cooperazione quotidiana con la funzione Marketing e con i Product Manager su tutto ciò che afferisce al Mondo Prodotto.
- Diploma tecnico (meccanica, elettromeccanica, geometra o equivalente)/Laurea triennale
- Precedente esperienza nella gestione di un portafoglio prodotti
- Preferibile provenienza dal mondo dell’edilizia con conoscenza delle dinamiche di cantiere
- Determinazione e capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e team di progetto
- Capacità di rispettare le scadenze attraverso una gestione autonoma del tempo in base alle priorità che si autoassegna
- Dimestichezza nell’utilizzo di strumenti informatici (Pacchetto Office e CRM) con competenza técnica di elaborati 2D
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata
- Attitudine al miglioramento continuo con spiccata capacità di problem solving in ambito tecnico di prodotto
