The **Financial Management & Enterprise Performance Management** team was created to provide comprehensive and cross-sector support to companies on all topics related to process improvement and technology support for finance processes. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues who specialize in functional consultancy on Corporate Performance Management systems, supporting our clients in the analysis, review, and design of processes that support the CFO and subsequent implementation of technological platforms. Specifically, you will be involved in: - Redefining the **EPM strategy** for leading Italian and international companies, supporting the CFO in redesigning the performance model. - **Designing and implementing IT solutions** to support finance and business processes, working with top players in the EPM tool market (Board, Oracle, SAP, Tagetik). - **Analyzing and defining new functional requirements** for Statutory and Managerial Consolidation, Budgeting, Forecasting, Long-Term Planning, Sales and Operational Planning, Product Costing, and implementing innovative Performance Management solutions. - Assessing the impacts and benefits expected from automation through business cases. - **Monitoring pre - and post-transformation performance**. - Defining the organizational structure, competencies, required resources, training plan, operating logic, and timelines for the realization of **Finance 4.0**. - a completed or in-progress Master's degree in **Economics/Management** or **Management Engineering** with excellent grades. - excellent knowledge of the English language, preferably supported by study and/or work experience abroad and proficiency in MS Office. - knowledge of the following topics: Control Models, Budget & Forecast, Statutory and Managerial Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Planning. - experience with modules of Board, Tagetik CPM, SAP BPC, or Oracle Hyperion solutions will be considered a plus. - you are a problem solver who never loses sight of your objectives, capable of building strong relationships and promoting collaboration.
