Our client is a global health innovation and technology leader.

We are looking for **CORPORATE FINANCIAL, PLANNING & ANALYSIS LEAD** who will report directly to the CFO of the company.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Lead management of Group Reporting / Consolidation activities across an international business spanning a growing portfolio of countries and acquisition integrations
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, operating forecast and strategic plans in partnership with the leadership team
- Analyze trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, profit margin, collection and cashflow
- Produce regular financial reporting to provide an overview of business and financial performance. Highlight trends, key actions, and strategic implications
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Coordination of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting close activities
- Contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives by delivering value-added business decision support to business partners
- Support business model development and ad drive hoc financial analysis to assist strategic initiatives and business cases
- Support in the process of streamlining financial reporting and accounting processes
- Manage financial systems and take a leadership role in the implementation of ERP and BI tools
- Lead initiatives to constantly improve financial controls and processes in coordination with the broader Healthware organization

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Business / Finance or Accounting - MBA preferred
- At least **7-10 years** of FP&A, Accounting, Controlling in Tech, Pharma corporations, EMEA, Global teams, Audit and Management Consulting practices
- Experience in managing small team focused on FP&A / Commercial Finance disciplines, and Business Partnership to Sr Business Leaders
- **Fluent English**:

- Strong analytical skills and capable to work in high intensity, Scale up
- Excel modelling proficiency
- Self-starter, self-motivated
- Stress & Time Management
- Can operate comfortably in an International environment
