Corporate Financial Planning

We are looking for a **Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis - Sr Analyst** with 3-5 years of experience to join our team.

**Activities & Main Responsibilities**

Your main responsibilities will be to:

- Support Group Reporting / Consolidation activities
- Develop and continually improve budgeting, operating forecast and strategic plans in partnership with the leadership team
- Analyze trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, profit margin, collection and cashflow
- Produce regular financial reporting to provide an overview of business and financial performance. Highlight trends, key actions, and strategic implications
- Monitor KPIs and identify the cause of any unexpected variances
- Coordination of monthly, quarterly and yearly accounting close activities
- Contribute to the achievement of business goals and objectives by delivering value-added business decision support to business partners
- Support business model development and ad hoc financial analysis to assist strategic initiatives and business cases
- Support in the process of streamlining financial reporting and accounting processes
- Manage financial systems and take a leadership role in the implementation of ERP and BI tools
- Lead initiatives to constantly improve financial controls and processes in coordination with the broader Healthware organization

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Business / Finance or Accounting - MBA preferred
- At least 3-5 years of FP&A, Accounting, Controlling in Tech, Pharma corporations, EMEA, Global teams, Audit or Management Consulting practices
- Fluent English
- Excel modelling proficiency
- Strong analytical skills
