Stiamo ricercando un/una **Maintenance Manager** per la nostra sede di** Bari **(Italy).

Il ruolo di Maintenance Manager prevede la responsabilità sul buon funzionamento di tutte le attrezzature tecniche di un sito di produzione. È il responsabile del controllo della manutenzione e di tutte le operazioni relative alle riparazioni e deve avere cura di soddisfare le necessità tecniche della struttura in cui lavora.

La persona riporterà direttamente all'Operations Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Programmazione e gestione degli interventi di manutenzione, in relazione alle esigenze del reparto produttivo;
- Cura messa in funzione di nuovi macchinari;
- Coordinamento dei lavori di manutenzione, supervisionando il personale affidato (squadra di manutenzione di 12 persone), ed intervenendo direttamente nei lavori maggiormente significativi ed onerosi;
- Gestione pronto intervento in caso di guasto e/o malfunzionamento, individuando le migliori soluzioni;
- Verifica del rispetto delle norme di funzionamento degli impianti;
- Gestione budget di manutenzione
- Redigere il programma di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva delle attrezzature e dei materiali tecnici con creazione di kpi specifici.

**Job Requirements**

Education: Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale

Professional background: Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo in settori affini e in aziende consolidate

Competenze in pianificazione e gestione della manutenzione

Conoscenza del disegno meccanico

Competenza e monitoraggio degli indicatori chiave (KPI) della manutenzione

Capacità di utilizzo di software gestionali
