**Permanent Placement** è la Divisione del gruppo Openjobmetis dedicata alla Ricerca e Selezione di personale qualificato con inserimento diretto presso l'azienda cliente. Il nostro cliente è un'azienda storica nell'ambito della GDO, che conta numerosi punti vendita in tutto il Sud Italia.

Siamo alla ricerca di un:
**MAINTENANCE MANAGER - GDO**

La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria degli impianti e delle strutture dei punti vendita già attivi, oltre a seguire la parte técnica legata all’apertura di nuovi store.

**Attività principali**
- Pianificazione e supervisione degli interventi di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria.
- Coordinamento dei fornitori esterni e verifica della corretta esecuzione dei lavori.
- Monitoraggio dei costi e del budget di manutenzione, con proposte di efficientamento.
- Supporto tecnico nelle aperture di nuovi punti vendita, in collaborazione con uffici tecnici e imprese.
- Garantire il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza, ambiente ed efficienza energetica.
- Presenza sul territorio: il ruolo richiede frequenti spostamenti tra i diversi punti vendita situati nel Meridione.

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria (civile, meccanica, gestionale o affine).
- Esperienza consolidata in ruoli analoghi nel settore GDO, retail, logística o in contesti affini.
- Conoscenza delle principali normative tecniche e di sicurezza.
- Capacità di gestione progetti complessi e coordinamento fornitori.
- Spiccate doti organizzative, orientamento al problem solving e disponibilità alla mobilità territoriale.

- RAL prevista: 45.000 - 55.000 €, commisurata all’esperienza maturata.
