**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We are looking for **Domestic Dignitary Programme Stage.**

The Domestic Dignitary Programme (DDP) stage will support and assist the DDP Coordinator in the planning, production process and management of services to domestic dignitaries before and during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This follows the Olympic protocol by adapting to the peculiarities of the territories and the needs of the Foundation:
This task represents a strong combination of organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and protocol study.

The main responsibilities of the Domestic Dignitary Programme Intern include:

- Support in identifying and defining all levels of service for domestic dignitaries who will participate in the Olympics, Paralympics and related events;
- Assist in identifying and negotiating the needs of domestic dignitaries in collaboration with the Ministry of Interiors and Prefectures and other local institutions, in order to guarantee maximum satisfaction through the creation of a well-organised level of service, defining the procedures concerning accreditation and other services in compliance with the rules of the IOC/IPC regulations;
- Ability to interact with internal FAs, with Prefectures and other local institutions, with the Ministry of Interior and with IOC/IPC, as well as with suppliers of expected services, focusing on specific needs and considering optimisations where possible (of time, accreditations, etc.);
- Assist in the drafting of documents required by the function.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is a plus);
- Italian mother lingue or excellent knowledge;
- English Level B2 + a knowledge of additional languages is a plus (especially if German and/or French);
- Able in people & services management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management;
- Able to interact in a diplomatic way and organize activities independently, available to share information and negotiate.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel.
