**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We are looking for **International Dignitary Programme Intern**:
The International Dignitary Programme (IDP) Intern will support and assist the IDP Coordinator in the planning and management of the international dignitaries before and during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. This task represents a combination of organisational skills, problem-solving abilities and protocol study.

The main responsibilities of the International Dignitary Programme Intern include:

- Support in identifying and defining all levels of service for international dignitaries who will participate in the Olympics, Paralympics and related events;
- Assist in identifying and negotiating the needs of international dignitaries in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to guarantee maximum satisfaction through the creation and management of a well-organised level of service in compliance with the rules and of the IOC/IPC regulations;
- Coordination with internal FAs, with diplomatic missions and other national institutions, with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and with IOC/IPC, focusing on specific needs and considering optimizations where possible (of time, accreditations, etc.);
- Assist in the drafting of documents required by the function.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree is a plus);
- English Level B2 + a knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
- Able in people and services management: to deliver a service, problem solving and planning/operations management;
- Able to interact in a diplomatic way and organize activities independently, available to share information and negotiate.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel.
