Siamo alla ricerca di una figura addetta al **Customer Service**che, nell’ambito della struttura **Sales Operations** presso l’**Headquarter** di **Parma,**avrà l’opportunità di giocare un ruolo attivo - in stretta collaborazione con il team Sales - nel garantire un** elevato livello di soddisfazione al cliente**, nella direzione di contribuire all’**evoluzione e** al** miglioramento continuo del servizio.**

Le responsabilità si articoleranno prevalentemente:

- nella gestione ordini
- nelle iniziative di customer care, tra cui la presa in carico delle richieste del cliente in modo proattivo e collaborativo
- nelle attività commerciali di follow-up degli ordini e di presidio, insieme al team Supply Chain, delle consegne OTIF (_On Time and In Full_)
- nel monitoraggio dei KPI e implementazione di azioni correttive dedicate

Sei la figura ideale se:

- hai conseguito almeno il Diploma di Scuola Media Superiore e hai maturato **un’esperienza pregressa** di **almeno 2-4 anni** su ruoli simili, in aziende strutturate
- **comunicazione efficace, problem solving, flessibilità e attitudine al lavoro di team, sono** tra le tue aree di forza più rappresentative
- conosci la **lingua Inglese** almeno al livello B2, hai dimestichezza con l’utilizzo di **SAP** e usi il **Pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel**, in modo autonomo e avanzato.
