**Obiettivo generale**

Per la nostra sede di Cinisello Balsamo (MI) ricerchiamo un(a) Site Manager Fire che si occuperà di gestione e coordinamento del buon andamento di varie commesse e siti assegnati nell’ambito antincendio, interfacciandosi con clienti e gestendo le società terze.

**Responsabilità principale**
- Guidare e supervisionare il buon andamento di vari siti
- Coordinare i responsabili del turno, dei vari settori
- Mantenimento di elevate performance del sito
- Risoluzione di tutte le problematiche relative ai sistemi del sito
- Gestire in loco dei rapporti con clienti e aziende terze
- Risposta alle problematiche secondo principi di priorità gestendo il personale in situazioni ad alto stress
- Promozione dell'adozione dei giusti protocolli inerenti la sicurezza sul lavoro in tutto il sito

**Requisiti desiderabili**
- Esperienza lavorativa di almeno 3 anni in quanto site manager nell’ambito di ingegneristica di commessa di impianti antiincendio
- Ottima capacità di apprendimento
- Buona attitudine al lavoro di gruppo
- Buona attitudine al “problem solving”
- Disponibilità per trasferte italiane
- Gestione dei rapporti con i Clienti in modo diretto ed indiretto con azioni proattive e propositive per migliorare l’impianto creando nuove opportunità di vendita
- Condivisione delle informazioni e collaborazione interpersonale aperta
- Capacità di adattamento/risoluzione di problematiche anche in condizioni di stress
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
