What to Expect
- Tesla is seeking a Service Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is integral to the success of our service organization and will directly help with providing our customers with an excellent service experience and help realize our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

In this role, you will support our organization to build, manage and action our service performance measurement tools and routines. You will work together with our Regional Director and Service Performance Lead to perform the needed data analytics, reporting building, project management and operational tasks.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage comprehensive reporting and analytics to identify key operational improvements for local service operations
- Lead performance management routines with Area Managers and support with action identification and implementation
- Support Service Country Manager and/or Service Performance Lead in day-to-day operations
- Collaborate on service strategy identification and setting for Central Europe region
- Resolve incoming issues and requests from stakeholders in a timely manner
- Collaborate and interact with EMEA and HQ teams on service performance and regional initiative implementation

- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and interpret mass data

- Creative problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to establish strong working relationships
- Strong team player with an interest in automotive techniques related to repair and servicing of vehicles
- Digitally savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technology and systems
