Il Grand Hotel Bristol Spa Resort 5**, struttura iconica che affaccia sul golfo di Portofino, parte del gruppo RCollection hotels, e Small Luxury Hotels of the World seleziona per i suoi ristoranti un/una Restaurant Manager per la stagione 2026 (aprile - ottobre).
**Riporta a**: DIRECTOR F&B
**Responsabilità**:
Accoglienza ed assistenza della clientela durante il servizio
Gestione della brigata di sala in termini di rota, ruoli assegnati e mobilità interna
Gestione delle attrezzature in dotazione per il servizio e requisition all’ufficio acquisti
Gestione complains da parte della clientela e confronto con il management in merito
Monitoraggio della corretta applicazione degli alti standard di servizio (SLH) da parte della brigata ed organizzazione di momenti di training in merito
**Il profilo ideale**:
Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo in contesti similari (hotel di lusso o alta ristorazione)
Buona conoscenza degli Standard di servizio e qualità relativi all’hotellerie di lusso
Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali
Professionalità, flessibilità e orientamento al cliente
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua sarà considerata un plus
Auto / moto munito con residenza nelle zone limitrofe
