Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a **Brand Manager** for our office in **Milan, Italy.**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Drive the development and implementation of brand plans aligned with growth strategies
- Manage promotional campaigns and initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and sales
- Act as the marketing point of contact for the distributor’s sales team, supporting them with tools, materials, and impactful commercial offers
- Create engaging point-of-sale materials (POS) and in-store activations to boost visibility
- Design and manage trade promotions to increase sell-out in pharmacies
- Track pharmacy trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities
- Work closely with international colleagues to adapt global brand strategies to the Italian market

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science, or a related field
- Around 3 years’ experience in marketing, trade marketing, or commercial roles - ideally within pharma, healthcare, or FMCG
- Knowledge of the pharmacy channel is a strong plus
- A hands-on, can-do mindset - you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy rolling up your sleeves
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
