About the job**

As Supply Planner you will be responsible to secure logistics operations and development in partnership with our Appliances suppliers, meeting the needs of business and our customers today and in the future. Through your work you will contribute to optimization of the IKEA value chain that creates better products and services at lower total costs to reach more of the many customers. Your responsibilities will be:

- Achieving excellence in running logistics operations in accordance with IKEA Business Plans, by interacting with respective stakeholders and complying with IKEA working methods;
- Taking the lead in operational capacity planning at supplier level and contributing to tactical capacity planning;
- Developing logistics performance through common Action Plans with IKEA Suppliers;
**Your tasks will include**:

- Secure appliances products availability by cooperating with suppliers and securing the “order management process”;
- Secure operational capacities by ensuring high quality of capacity data from suppliers and working continuously towards deviations together with Need Planner and Supplier;
- Contribute to supplier development by taking a lead from logistic perspective and engages relevant competence in IKEA and at Supplier to assess supplier logistics capability and running supplier development projects;
- Update and secure correct information in all relevant systems;
- Prepare suppliers for best replenishment and delivery solutions by continuously maintaining & developing supplier delivery performance and sender lead-times;
- Contribute to identifying best logístical offer, furthermore implements, maintains and reviews by having customer and total cost in mind;
- Actively contributes in the planning and execution of the best set-up for range changes at supplier, news and discontinued, constraints periods and activities;
- Continuously follow-up, analyze and takes action to improve supplier delivery performance and ensures goods are shipped in time from suppliers.
**Qualification**
Your knowledge, skills and experience include**:

- Preferred previous experience in Supply Planner roles.
- At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain & Logistics roles in Multinational companies (demand planning, order management, supply planning, production planning,);
- Degree in Management Engineering or Logistics or equivalent experience;
- Knowledge of supply chain cost drivers from raw material to customer and logistic tools such as: different replenishment methods, delivery solutions and working with lead times;
- Capability to perform complex analysis and draw conclusions to support the right business decisions and implementations;
- Organized and able to prioritize;
- Ability to work in team and with different stakeholders;
- Capability to delivery results through involving and engaging stakeholders within IKEA and Supplier;
- English fluent;
- Very good knowledge of Excel;
- Share company values.
