**Position Snapshot**:

- Nestlé in Italy, Milan headquarter
- Permanent contract
- Management engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Supply and Demand planning
- Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach
- Fluent in English and Italian

**A day in the life of Demand & Supply Planner**:
As Demand and Supply Planner you will:

- Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan at SKU level and on weekly basis for a portfolio of products, which represents the most realistic estimate of customer demand.
- Ensure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processes.
- Identify and manage exceptions and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company’s ability to sense and respond to changing circumstances.
- Consistently achieve sustainable Customer Service Level for domestic customers within the Working Capital and Freshness objectives by ensuring that the weekly planning process is executed on time.
- Coordinate IMS/MPS performance to satisfy customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply/logistic constraints.
- Challenge manufacturing on regular basis to manage lot sizes, cycle times and R&P inventory levels, to drive optimum FG inventory level.

**What will make you successful**:

- At least 3 years of experience in Demand & Supply Planning
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details
- Good knowledge of Excel, SAP, Power BI
- Initiative and Proactivity
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Good in stress management
- Proactive collaboration with innovative and constructive approach
- Mental agility, insight, analysis and synthesis
- Fluent English and Italian
