**Position Snapshot**:

- Nestlé Infant & Nutrition in Italy, Milan HQ Assago
- Permanent contract
- Degree in Engineering or Economic matters
- At least 3 years experience in Demand Planning / Statistical Forecasting / Supply planning
- Proficiency in Italian and English

**Position Summary**:
**A day in the life of Demand & Supply Planner Infant & Nutrition**:

- Manage the relationship with inter market affiliate planners, factories and logistics in order to ensure product supply risk are mitigated and optimal stock levels are maintained, analyzing the import plan and highlight key issue for all SKU’s to ensure customer demand avoiding OOS and wastage;
- Ensuring actions and Supply Plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business Planning process
- Active player in Operation Planning Review for generation of medium-term baseline and promo forecast in a multichannel context (retail and out of retail), sharing data and critical info with Sales and Marketing team;
- Capture and analyze commercial, marketing and sales input/events, analyze baselines, events, impactors, uplifts, plan promotion activities and interpret historical data and statistical forecast, to reflect into the 18-month rolling forecast.
- Manage co-packing planning process with all stakeholders involved to guarantee the correct promo displays are planned in the right time and quantity, monitoring the right level of packaging material stock;
- Analyzing actual business results with reports and meaningful KPIs comparing them vs objectives and vs previous periods, by challenging existing processes and tools.

**What will make you successful**:

- At least 3 years experience in Demand and Supply Planning role
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Problem solving mindset, Resilience and proactivity
- Analytical mindset and attention to details
- Ability to manage people relations and share critical informations
- Flexible attitude with strong organizational skills and priorities setting
- Compliance mindset in a sensitive business
- Good Excel knowledge - SAP and Power BI knowledge is a plus
